Accessing Genuine Support

We are aware that most students are not looking to cheat when they are targeted by these essay mills, therefore we have created a page to link to genuine support available here at the college.

We understand that online and hybrid learning is challenging, personal issues can also impact on our ability to do work to the standard we want on time, the college and lecturers understand this and can offer support and guidance to all students. Asking for help and support is not a sign of weakness! It is better to ask for support than to risk your future by falling victim to one of these mills.

The college has created a fantastic Student Guide for Online learning and here are some of our highlights:

· Have a clear workspace with good lighting and avoid distractions
· Take regular breaks away from screens, move around
· Split bigger tasks into more bite size chunks so they are more manageable and achievable
· Prioritise what is urgent or time sensitive
· Do not put off the most daunting task till last
· Ask for support if you need it! Online learning does not mean learning alone - we're here to support you!
