The Students’ Association spaces at City Campus and Riverside Campus are available for you to book! You can book these spaces for events, activities and even film screenings!
Please note - Due to current restrictions, the Students' Association at City has a maximum capacity of 27 people, and Riverside has a maximum capacity of 10 people.
This form is solely for booking the Students' Association Space. If you have any requirements for IT/Audio setup, furniture setup or catering orders then these must be placed with the relevant department. If you're an events student, please speak to your lecturer about these requests.
The Students' Association Space must be returned to its original setup at the end of the event. Please include this in any requests that you make.
When entering the event start and finish time, please include an additional 30 minutes for setting up and clearing up.
This space can only be booked for events and activities and cannot be booked as a teaching space.
