Climate Cafes are an open and friendly space facilitated by the Climate Psychology Alliance, where fears and uncertainties about the climate crisis can be expressed and discussed.
Climate change is a clear and present danger to our personal safety and wellbeing. We acknowledge that people want to talk about what the changing climate for them on a personal, family and societal level.
Being aware of how we are feeling and talking about it with others helps to regulate emotions in a healthy way, supporting wellbeing and motivating positive action.
