Climate Cafes

Climate Cafes are an open and friendly space facilitated by the Climate Psychology Alliance, where fears and uncertainties about the climate crisis can be expressed and discussed.

Climate change is a clear and present danger to our personal safety and wellbeing. We acknowledge that people want to talk about what the changing climate for them on a personal, family and societal level.

Being aware of how we are feeling and talking about it with others helps to regulate emotions in a healthy way, supporting wellbeing and motivating positive action.
