Mental Health & Wellbeing

Here at CitySA, we have a commitment to the mental health of our students at City of Glasgow College, as we believe mental health should be at the heart of everything we do. We want to ensure that students can get the support and help they need from day one.

We're aware that Infectious disease outbreaks, like the current Coronavirus (Covid 19), can be scary and can affect our mental health. While it is important to stay informed, there are also many things we can do to support and manage our wellbeing during such times. that's why we've created a guide to adjusting to home working and looking after your mental wellbeing here

Last year, we developed our Student Mental Health Agreement which outlines exactly what we're doing to support students mental health. You can view this here

Using the Student Mental Health Agreement, we have a variety of activities throughout the year aimed at improving student wellbeing. You can find out more about the work we have done. Keep an eye out for more information on our events coming soon.
