Last term we launched 'Wellbeing Workshops'. These workshops took place every Tuesday at 4pm and included Mindfulness, Mindful Journaling and Yoga.
When the College closed, we moved Wellbeing Workshops online. We plan to offer more wellbeing workshops in the new term, but you can see the ones we hosted below.
