Men's Basketball

Our men's basketball team compete in British Universities and Colleges (BUCS) Division 4.  Our men's team won the Scottish Student Sport (SSS) College Cup for the second year in a row.

Ross Mathison is the head coach for this team and works at City of Glasgow College as a Sports Coaching Lecturer.  Ross has been coaching the college team for a number of years now with previous experiences coaching with U18's at Glasgow Rocks and the U18's National squad.  Ross also competed abroad in both Italy and America.

As the trial date has now passed, if you are keen to get involved in any current training sessions, you should email the Sports Co-ordinator Andrew.Kirk@cityofglasgowcollege.ac.uk with your previous experiences playing basketball.  Your request will then be considered with the head coach Ross, and Andrew will then aim to respond to you within 5 working days.

You will be able to find out our fixture dates by joining the 'BUCS play' app, creating an account and searching for joining the 'BUCS Basketball 23-24' then 'City of Glasgow College Men's 1s'.
