About the role

Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland are Scotland’s largest health charity working to help people with chest, heart and stroke conditions live life to the full.

In this role, you will provide in-person support to those with aphasia & communication difficulties following stroke.

Where is it based?

Dependent upon the match with the service user.

About the role
