Community Speaker

About the role

Help us achieve our ambition of creating a network of Community Speakers. These vital volunteers will play a huge part in increasing public understanding and breaking down the stigma of dementia. You’ll research and find groups to approach, giving talks to all sorts of organisations across your region, as you share information about our vital work to make breakthroughs possible in dementia research. Other activities may include cheque presentations and thank you speeches. You’ll also act as an ambassador for Alzheimer’s Research UK to make sure supporters feel appreciated.
