Book the SA space

The Students’ Association spaces at City Campus and Riverside Campus are available for you to book! You can book these spaces for events, activities, and even film screenings!

This form is solely for booking the Students' Association Space. If you have any requirements for IT/Audio setup, furniture setup, or catering orders then these must be placed with the relevant department. If you're an events student, please contact your lecturer regarding these requests. 

This space can only be booked for events and activities and cannot be booked as a teaching or quiet space.

I acknowledge that the students' association is a multipurpose space that cannot be closed off to student use. Therefore, no guarantee can be made for events that require set privacy or noise levels 

*The Students' Association Space must be returned to its original setup at the end of the event. Please include this in any requests that you make. If you have requested any furniture or IT/Audio set up please include the reference numbers below:
