The New to Glasgow programme is especially for you if you are joining us from outside the city and/or living away from home for the first time.
We offer a series of workshops and social events, and a dedicated society meeting fortnightly – the New to Glasgow Network – where you can meet new friends in the same boat.
Here’s a taste of what to expect during Semester One, and how to sign up:
Join us for a welcome workshop over the Induction period where you can get to know your peers, be introduced to support available at College especially for those new to the city, and join us on a tour of essential spots around campus. Sign up below for a date that suits you:
Join the New to Glasgow network for activities such as Quiz Nights, creative workshops and food tasting sessions.
As the nights draw in, come along to social events designed to combat the Winter blues: enjoy a true Scottish ceilidh and experience Glasgow staples such as a Hallowe'en trip to GlasgGLOW, Bonfire Night at Glasgow Green and a Christmas visit Elfingrove.
