This is my second time in education. When I first went to college, I felt like I was educated and then left. I applied because I thought it was the right thing to do after Highschool and didn’t really know what I was walking into, what I wanted to be. I want to change the way we use our education , use the time we have and say ‘I am here’ I know what I want to be and I’m confident that my time is used for my future. Being at this college, it’s the only time that you’ll have people in business, hospitality, writing, beauty, media, languages etc. We should be using our time to network with these people, outside of our course – creating links and relationships to help meet goals and even broaden the way we think about our education. How we use our time. Right now I’m doing an HNC in Radio : Creative Industries and an example of this, is using our studio’s for the College, linking it with our Student Association. It becomes a platform for information, events, updates and congratulations to our student’s success’s.  I want student’s to be part something that is more than just education, I want them to be part of their own future and say I am here, let’s do this. #Iamhere
